Victoria Conte

Office Manager

As TZC's Office Manager, Victoria plays a key role in managing high-level aspects of the team’s organization. She keeps the team productive.

A native of Valhalla, New York, Victoria attended one of the many TZC outreach events and applied for an open position for TZC's office manager online. She was one of the first local employees hired by TZC.

Nathaniel Jennings

Tugboat Crew Member

Nate began his career in 1980 with the U.S. Coast Guard and later worked on vessels of the U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command. As an able-bodied seaman with rescue-swimmer training, Nate has worked on ships that circumnavigated the globe.

This year, after 33 years at sea, he returns to New York to crew one of TZC’s tug boats and is thrilled to be involved in the New NY Bridge project.

Ro DiNardo

Deputy Project Manager

Ro manages and coordinates all field construction operations on the project by organizing all of the forepersons on the massive team. His decision making, organization and leadership skills are crucial to the project team.

The Rockland native will regularly use the new bridge while commuting to his home company, Granite Construction Northeast, in Tarrytown.

James Sixsmith

Senior Project Safety Director

Jim implements, monitors and oversees the comprehensive safety program on the project - ensuring everything is in compliance with all federal, state and local safety regulations.

He leads training programs, which advise, teach and educate all project workers. Jim’s role is vital to the project and the TZC team.

The New NY Bridge Project is being worked under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in coordination with the New York State Building & Construction Trades Council, the Building & Construction Trades Council of Westchester and Putnam County, and the Rockland County Building & Construction Trades Council, as well as the signatory unions. Craft positions will be hired in accordance with the PLA, and applications for craft positions should be directed to the local signatory unions.

All support positions for the project will be posted on the NYS Department of Labor website. Interested parties should apply via the New York State Job Bank.
