The Tappan Zee Hudson River Crossing Project is being worked under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in coordination with the New York State Building & Construction Trades Council, the Building & Construction Trades Council of Westchester and Putnam County, and the Rockland County Building & Construction Trades Council, as well as the signatory unions. Craft positions will be hired in accordance with the PLA, and applications for craft positions should be directed to the unions.
